Being in the NOW!
1. Once a week over email to self, notes, memo or document just pen down
HOW DID I SHOW UP FOR MYSELF this week?
What were my achievements & where did I struggle this week?
It will add MINDFULNESS and help you REVIEW your week gone by!
2. Multitasking has become our norm. But for few errands, try to DO ONE ACTIVITY at one time.
Only eat, only drive, only workout. Do not do anything else alongside.
Be fully present to your chores. Start this for few activities wherever possible
3. When you wake up in the morning, CENTER Yourself with your INTENTION for the day.
I intend to feel rested today
I intend to feel more centered today
I intend to feel more energized today
4. Keep aside one object that acts as an ANCHOR (stone, crystal. Mine is stones from Peru) that is always with you. Between errands, client meetings, routine activities try to touch it for 15secs & feel gratitude for the day til that moment.
5. Identify one oil that you can Anoint yourself that is a TREAT for your senses. (Mine is Magdalene oil from Egypt) That will anchor you in the NOW moment & encourage you to fully be available to your current reality
6. While having first sip of water/coffee/milk in morning, recall a happy incident of previous day & feel your heart expands with joy
7. When you walk around in the house walk at the rhythm of THANK YOU. Right leg is “Thank” & left is “you” so every step you take is at the pace of THANK YOU!
