Embodiment Revolution

REST IS PRODUCTIVE!

In wake of the Cosmic activities underway, the importance of “enough rest” cannot be emphasized enough!

A lot of you have been reaching out to me saying you feel exhausted, tired & yet at the same time are JUDGING yourself for taking “self care”

With the influx of energies at bay, Dec’20 has been by far the most ACTION PACKED MONTH in Cosmic parlance!

Rest is a time of integration. Without integration there is no embodiment.

Whatever you learned, felt, experienced needs time and space to be woven into your energetic field, and into your body.

There is power in the pause. ⁣

–         Rest allows your unconscious mind to process.

–         When you’re lacking clarity, when you’re feeling unmotivated and uninspired (and especially if you naturally tend to push and criticize yourself), rest gives an opportunity for the mind and body to untangle whatever feels energetically dense or cloudy right now. ⁣

–

–         When you allow yourself to rest, you show yourself the kindness and love you deserve.

–         We live in a culture that tells us that our worth is tied to our productivity.

–         When you rest, you communicate to yourself that you are more than what you externally produce in the world. Embodying your worth is productive.⁣

–         Rest gives you the capacity to serve at the level you desire. Whether its your loved ones, your larger community, or your clients, it all takes energy.

–         The more energy you give out, the less you have. For sensitive souls in particular, who not only give a lot, but feel more than most people, usually more energy is going out than coming in.

–         If you want to love and give more, that means you have to rest ten times more than you think you do.

–         Rest doesn’t actually need to be “productive.” It’s okay for rest to just be rest.

–         And it’s okay for you to rest more than you think you “should.”

This is always true, but it’s especially true right now. Your nervous system needs more rest to cope in times of trauma and crisis. ⁣

If you’re feeling extra exhausted right now, remember: we are all experiencing a collective trauma, and it’s natural for your body to feel tired as a result. ⁣

Since we’ve all slowed down, whatever we’ve suppressed consciously or unconsciously is coming up to the surface, and that can energetically weigh our body down.

Many of us are processing emotions and experiences that have been stored in our bodies for decades.

There’s a lot more to integrate than our conscious mind is aware of.
