Optimizing your Menstrual Cycle

Just like cycles of the moon, our bodies have its unique cycles. It’s important to remember that although you can use the cycles of the moon as a reference, ultimately you want to get intimate with how your own cycle moves, which is particular to each of us.

When you are not aligned with your monthly cycle and have no idea what phase you are in, your cycle can be painful, irregular or feel like a burden.

The power of renewal, rebirth and resurrection is within our cycles. By honoring this innate intelligence we show respect for our feminine energetic bodies, alongside the dark and juicy, mysterious and creative, fertile and healing power of Mother Earth. We are of the Earth, she dances in our bodies through the cycles that align and amplify with her power.

Red Tent:- Wombs synchronize with each other! Getting together with other women who are bleeding and having tea, telling stories, sharing dreams or engaging in creative expression can be very supportive and healing. It can unlock more pleasure, nourishment and ease during this time of our cycle

  Buy yourself a journal that is dedicated to your cycle. For one month sit and write in it at every new phase. Begin to become aware of the changes you feel. Write down when you are feeling stressed, when you have doubt, when you are less tolerant or even melancholic. 

Record what you’re feeling and what dates/days it is. The more you practice the more you will understand your cycles and become attuned to your internal needs.
