It contains a vast array of emotions & still is ever ready to RECEIVE new range of your feelings daily!!

There is WISDOM in simply WITNESSING through your Heart, without:-Attaching to itJudging itExaggerating it
Just ALLOW it to BREATHESo that it finds its way outIt’s trapped there far too long!
Ask your Heart how does it want to feel HELD?
For me I sing, I channel Light language (off late a new development in Awakening my dormant gifts) I dance I sway & immerse in all that I feel until there is no seperation between me & what lies within me!
I’m one with my feels Yet I am NOT IT!
I grow through it through my HEART!
