3-Step Process to BURST the BLOCKS

We overcome fears, limiting beliefs, and low-frequencies about relationships by re-aligning with the Love that we are.

*STEP 1: NOTICE THE FEAR*

The first thing I want you to notice is the energetic frequency of the fear above.

• How do you feel when you tune-into that statement?

FEEL INTO YOUR BODY…
Perhaps this fear makes your body feel…
• contracted
• sick
• small

TUNE-INTO YOUR MIND…
Perhaps this fear makes your thoughts…
• speed up
• slow down
• get confused

FEEL INTO YOUR EMOTIONS…
Perhaps it makes you feel…
• lonely
• heartbroken
• devastated
• hurt
• sad
• powerless

*STEP 2: ACCEPT YOUR FEAR*
Instead of avoiding or running from your fear, you’re going to do something radical.
YOU’RE GOING TO GIVE IT LOVE.
YOUR INNER CHILD (THE YOU THAT FEELS SCARED) NEEDS YOUR COMPASSION.
COMPASSION & CARE WILL ALIGN YOUR ENERGY BACK TO THE FREQUENCY OF LOVE.

Example:- Oh sweetie, hey there. I hear you… you’re sad. You’re sad and lonely. You want to feel connected and loved. I totally get it… I understand that you feel this way right now. I want you to know that I’m with you. I want you to know that I hear you and that I’m never going to leave you. I’m right here… I will always stay by your side.”

AS YOU SHOW-UP FOR THIS PART OF YOU THAT’S SCARED, YOUR LOVE VIBRATION RISES.

*STEP 3: ALIGN WITH LOVE & REMEMBER THE TRUTH*

Stay attuned to everything that’s happening within you and when you’re ready, remind yourself of who you really are.

REMIND YOURSELF THAT YOU COULD NEVER BE SEPARATED FROM LOVE BECAUSE IT’S WHO YOU REALLY ARE.
YOUR ENERGY WITHIN IS BEING TRANSFORMED.
