In continuation to my last post, here is what Love truly is, in my eyes!
Love is:-
1. FREEDOM
– of mind, body & soul
– of expression
– that extends to the beloved
– of setting oneself FREE of all unwarranted responsibility one unconsciously takes on as a “martyr” in the name of Love
– to be, do, & create what your being is nudging you towards
– decision making minus the drama
– purpose, clarity & authenticity
2. ACCEPTANCE
– of self “as is”
– of beloved “as is”
– self core wounds, scars, limiting beliefs, defeating inner critic
– of pain, sorrow, anger without any judgement or labelling it & seeing it as an opportunity presented for deeper self love & PRESENCE
3. DEVOTION to:
– self, to God, to Beloved
– purpose/mission
– acting out of divine impluses
– taking inspired actions
– self fullfillment
– honouring self needs & placing it on TOP MOST PRIORITY
– asking for help/support/contribution/assistance & care
– being connected to sensory perception that guides us moment to moment
– the Body & revering it as “sacred”. Both yours & your beloved.
I grew up witnessing “skewed perceptions” of Love.
What people think is “love” was actually
Codependency
Martyrdom
Self abandonment
Victim Consciousness
Rescuing others
Self sabotage
Self loothing
Addicted to drama & trauma
Sadly all of above is gleefully considered as “love” & it extremely misleading & traumatic & keeps one looping around in circles for life!
I believe in the old adage,
Dont give the child a fish
Teach him “fishing”
Dont look after others to the extend it cripples them & steals them off their core inner strength.
Quoting 1 of the principles from Transcation Analysis
” I’m ok
Others are ok too”
There is a thin line between supporting your loved ones & rescuing them.
Former is empowering & latter is determintal
I wish this is something we were taught in school
Love is what love does
It empowers, sets your soul free & accelerates your path
Let Love IN
Connect to this frequency NOT HOW SOCIETY PREACHED you but for what it truly is
Sending you the frequency of LOVE (the way it is) not the way it’s perceived as!
