Body whispers, “are you LISTENING?

On our path to Ascension/Coming “HOME” to self, we place paramount importance to the “soul, the “mind” & the “heart” & often times, “BODY” doesnt get its due attention.
Our body goes through its own journey of consciousness just as our Soul does. Infact whatever we endure, gets lodged in the body. The body is the “temple of our soul” hence we must “nuture” our body immensely!

– Involve your body in every decision you make. Ex ask the body what would it like to eat, what colour it would like to wear, what soap, cream, perfume does it like? We often allow our mind to control & dictate our routine life. Ask the body its preferences & once you engage the body into EVERY decision, see how beautifully it supports you in your journey

– Ask the body to guide you on how it likes to relax/unwind. Is it sleeping, spa, sex, music or mediation or writing a poem. What holds true for you? There are times when I sit to meditate, my body is in the mood for wild dance & I simply do what the body guides me to do without questioning its wisdom.

– Financial abundance:- Prosperity is linked with self esteem & that is linked to what you feel “in the body” There are times my body wants me to indulge in spa, & when I concur to it, it magically generates triple the amount I need only coz the body was made to feel “important” Ask your body how would it like to be felt important? Could be spending time at the beach or just listening to soulful music.

Sexual encounters:- We all know sex isnt just restricted to the physical plane. It’s a fusion of 2 energies, their DNA & taking on to the karna of your partner & their sexual partners as well. So judiciously choose your sexual partners as it has a direct bearing on your energy levels. I used to hug excessively & now I hug judiciously only coz my body used to feel depleted hugging everybody so now without feeling “unapologetic” I listen to my body.

– Food preferences:- Its interesting food that I grew up eating, I can no longer have that. And I used to beat myself up with so much self-judgement about it. Now I simply honour my needs & eat what my food likes even if it means a complete 360 paradigm shift. The body is purging & is on its release state so best is to hold space & provide it whatever that it needs without feeling gulity about it.
To enjoy better quality of sleep, I involved my body to contribute ideas & it showed me to sleep wearing lots of bangles at night & no matter how amused I was, I merely followed the guidance & actually ended up enjoying peaceful sleep.

Your body is a warehouse of information. It will navigate you to your destination. It’s willing to contribute & make a massive difference to your reality.
It communicating all the time, are you LISTENING ???
